About Bisola

Hello! You've come to the right place!

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Systems and Computer Science from Howard University. My experience spans work in web development and design to the research of accessing statistical machine translations in Hindi and Korean to English.

I have years in experience tutoring students in Computer Science, levels 1 to 3, as well as Korean and various math levels, spanning from College Algebra to Calculus. I enjoy breaking down problems and making it easier for my students to understand. Their success is my success.

In my spare time, I love to compose original works of literature, create web design mock ups, travel, and learn various languages.

I've excelled in Algebra 1 and have take courses up to Linear Algebra, Discrete Math, and Probability & Statistics.

I currently work as a technology consultant. My previous work experience includes freelance work in web design, web development at Wells Fargo, The Washington Post, and the USDA, Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) Agency.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.

Angular

I have created multiple applications using Angular.js and Angular. I have completed an application during my internship at The Washington Post in Angular.js. With my current job, I completed two internal applications using Angular.js and currently about to finish another application, using TypeScript and Angular.
