My name is Victoria and I'm currently a student at the Art Institute of Phoenix. I am graduating this September with my bachelors in Media Arts and Animation. I've been in art schools my whole life and can paint traditionally as well as model and animate in 3D programs such as Maya and 3ds Max.
I've tutored peers throughout my schooling and also a did crafting class at Michaels when I worked there. It's good to bring out your creativity but it's gratifying to have something come out the way you want it. I like to make sure that whatever someone is trying to get across comes to life and the process becomes more of a fun challenge than a struggle.
I'm well versed in Photoshop. I can also work in Illustrator, After Effects, and Maya. I like to paint in acrylics and craft props for costumes.
I enjoy showing others just how much they are capable of and that even the most complex things aren't all that hard. It's all about steps and building up the shapes! In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
