Briefly about me: I graduated from Texas Woman's University with a major in Chemistry and minor in Mathematics. I worked as a private tutor during college years for elementary school students and I was also a tutor for college students at the Department of Chemistry.
I completed Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at University of North Texas in 2015. My dissertation is about developing nanoparticles for drug delivery system to target cancer. Besides doing research, I have had more than five years of teaching chemistry laboratories (organic and general chemistry), which I taught two labs per semester.
I enjoy teaching, which is the reason why I want to continue tutoring and helping students get better with their grades and boost their enthusiasm for science! I can help with Chemistry for AP class, SAT, PCAT, MCAT, General Chemistry and Organic chemistry.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
