I have a degree in Criminal Justice, but my passion is writing. I have written on many levels from Research Papers, short stories, poetry, resumes, business proposals, and various documents for the professional world. I have helped others with various subjects ranging from Reading, Communications, Public Speaking, and writing techniques and application. I love to help people understand complex subjects by breaking them down into simple, understandable, and applicable usages in the real world.

In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
I played Varsity Basketball for 3 years during High School. In addition, I have assisted with coaching during 2000, 2008, and 2009 at Fresno Adventist Academy. I also played on Basketball leagues in Fresno. I love basketball! My position is Shooting Guard.
I attended Fresno Adventist Academy for 8 years, where I held the position of Pastor for the Student Body during my senior year. In addition, I have participated in Bible studies which included in-depth study of origins and meaning between various books within the Bible. For instance, the connection between the book of Daniel and Revelation (written by the same author, Daniel). The Bible is full of amazing references between the various books in the Old and New Testaments.
I can teach English, College level English and writing, reading comprehension, essays, vocabulary, and all things within the subject of English.
I have been a lifelong advocate of physical activity and training. I am currently working on my Certified Personal Trainer certification through NASM, and I frequent the gym at least five times a week. Fitness is a passion of mine. I want to help people live healthy lifestyles.
I worked for the Internal Revenue Service for almost 7 years, where a large part of my job was using Microsoft Outlook to compose e-mails, schedule meetings, conduct group meetings, Instant messaging, and utilize the various tools within the program to ensure efficiency as a manager.
I have played softball for over 15 years on various leagues around Fresno and Clovis. I currently play on a league where I am Third Baseman and Center Fielder.
