My name is Adam. I'm a Cum Laude Graduate from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering. For the past 12 years, I've worked in major privately- and publicly-held Manufacturing and Supply Chain Orgs and have developed a passion for recruiting, developing, and building talent within the organization. I was a teacher's assistant (TA) and research assistant in college, and use tutoring to not only help others, but to reinforce my own understanding of the material. After all, there's always more to learn, and it's usually those whom you teach, that teach you the most.

Outside of the work place, I've found myself tutoring the children of friends and family, and being an individual focused on they legacy we leave, I want to expand my tutoring outreach. I work with young professionals in Fort Smith, AR, and would love to see you grow in your education and continued pursuit of self-development. Over the years, I've come to understand that each individual learns differently and that we, as tutors and educators, need to adapt to those learning styles. I guarantee a focused and dynamic learning experience that caters to the needs of each individual I tutor.

I take a foundational approach coupled with real-life visual examples to provide a tangible learning experience that helps the student learn strong foundations. From these foundations, the student is able to begin thinking beyond what is in front of them, understand the gaps in their understanding, and patch the gaps on their own.

In college, I received the Shrider's Award Scholarship for Advanced Calculus and Mathematics and graduated Cum Laude in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida. I have taken the following classes: Algebra I, Algebra II, Precalculus, Trigonometry, Geometry, Calculus I, Calculus II, Calculus III, Differential Equations, Intermediate Engineering Analysis, Numerical Methods, and Engineering Statistics.
