Shelby was very helpful. She is very knowledgeable and helped me prepare for my accounting exam. She makes things very easy to understand. I will be working with her many more times in the future. Thanks!
Shelby was very helpful in teaching linear equations and slopes to my daughter. Very patient and explained the concept so that my daughter could understand.
Shelby is very easy to communicate with and carefully listens to your concerns. She appears to really enjoy her talent of teaching and with lots of humor.
My tutor Shelby was great! She was very patient in helping me, although we lived quite a distance away, she made time for me, she also made me understand my course assignments as well as answering all questions that I had about my homework. I would recommend her to anyone who is struggling with accounting and any other math. I would also use her again which will probably be sooner than later. Great tutor, very understanding, patient, knowledgeable of what areas I needed the most help in. Thanks to her my grades are much better. Thanks Shelby!!
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
