My name is Shayne, I am a Youth Minister who has been working with children, teens, and young adults from all backgrounds and abilities for 13 years. Some of my passions are teaching, theater, basketball, and chess. I am hoping to get time to help young people succeed in any endeavor they have their heart set on.

My name is Shayne, I am a Youth Minister who has been working with children, teens, and young adults from all backgrounds and abilities for 13 years. Some of my passions are teaching, theater, basketball, and chess. I am hoping to get time to help young people succeed in any endeavor they have their heart set on.

I spent many years tutoring fellow college students and young people from churches or my own youth group. In particular, I have had valuable experience teaching conversational English to foreign exchange students and teaching them Theater and Religious Studies material.

I have not only worked in ministry for 13 years but have also had extensive training in teaching public speaking in a Christian leadership program for 13 years as well.

I had a second major in theater Arts for 2.5 years, performed plays in high school and community theater where I have been the lead in productions such as Grease and Our Town.

In High School, I performed in several plays where I was the lead. In college, my major was theater for a while before it became my Minor. I have also been in community theater and been the lead in famous productions such as Our Town. I have experiences tutoring college students in theater, both acting and practical aspects such as script memorization and stage movement.

Wonderful tutor

Shayne is a great tutor, very patient and flexible with scheduling. He helped refresh my math skills and taught me some new things as well. We mainly worked on mathematical knowledge and arithmetic reasoning but also a little of reading comprehension. Shayne was a big help in helping me prepare for the ASVAB exam. I would recommend Shayne to anyone struggling in math or just need a refresher!
