Greetings,

My name is Isaiah B.! I am a graduate of Alabama State University, where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics. Currently, I am in my last semester of finishing up my Master’s Degree in Mathematics. For four year I taught math in Montgomery Public System (Montgomery, AL). The subjects ranged from pre-algebra to pre-calculus. I taught grades 6th, 9th, 10th, 11th, & 12th. During my last year teaching high school, I began studying for FINRA Series 6 exam. I passed the series 6 exam in May of 2018. Two weeks later I passed the Series 63. A month later I passed the Series 26. In February of 2019 I passed the Series 65. All together it took me about 6 months to study and pass all exams. Now, I actively tutor in all exams. I provide reading material, notes, and test questions for each student during each session. My mission is to help students achieve a level of confidence based on knowledge, test taking skills, and deductive reasoning.

As it stands now I have taken and successfully passed the Series 6, Series 63, Series 26, & Series 65 exams. I passed the 6, 63, & 26 exams all in the same year of 2018. And I passed the Series 65 exam in February 2019. All together it took me about 6 months to study and pass all exams. Currently now I actively tutoring in all exams. I provide reading material, notes, and test questions for each student during each session. My mission is to help students achieve a level of confidence based on knowledge, test taking skills, and deductive reasoning.

Series 6,

Series 6

On May 05, 2018, I passed the Series 6 exam with an 89 test score. The exam consisted of 140 questions, of which 10 is not graded. The exam now is broken up into two parts, which are SIE & Series 6. In April 2018 I began holding class session at my office preparing other individuals to take the exam. As of now I tutor about 15 hours week in both the SIE & Series 6. I tutor both in one-on-one session and group session. I have an in depth understanding the material, and I like to use real world scenarios. I am a brokerage representative with my firm, Primerica, and I help clients prepare for their short term & long term investment goals, paying off debt, as well as planning for retirement. Upon choosing me as a tutor I provide students/client with reading material, notes, and test questions. Some students suffer from panic and relaxation during the exam, and therefore I offer test anxiety coaching. My mission is to help students achieve a level of confidence based on knowledge, test taking skills, and deductive reasoning.
Series 63,

Series 63

On May 22, 2018, two weeks after passing the Series 6, I passed the Series 63 with an 85 test score. I spent about 8 days total studying for the exam. The exam consists of mostly laws, federal regulations, and definitions so the key to passing is memorization. The Series 6 is needed in conjunction with Series 63 so my job duties are still the same. I help clients with personal short and long term investment goals, making a plan to pay off debt, and planning & saving for retirement. Test material such as reading material, notes, and test questions will provide to all new students. Because most exam are taken by client who are trying to receive a promotion or not lose their job, I help with test anxiety for all who may or may not suffer panic and relaxation during the exam. My mission is to help students achieve a level of confidence based on knowledge, test taking skills, and deductive reasoning.
Series 65

Series 65

February of 2019, I passed the Series 65 exam with a 94 test score. The exam is longer than SIE & Series 6, and there is a lot more information in the reading material. However, the test questions are a lot simpler on the actual exam, therefore my teaching methods are different when I am tutoring for Series 65 than SIE & Series 6. I do tutor about 6 hours a week for this exam. I am an Investment Advisor Representative, and my job mainly consist of advising clients on which securities they should place in their portfolios to meet their investment objectives. After choosing me as your tutor I do provide reading material, notes, test questions, and old tests I have completed. I do coach on test anxiety since a lot of students suffer from panic and relaxation during the exam. My mission is to help students achieve a level of confidence based on knowledge, test taking skills, and deductive reasoning.
