Sylvia breaks everything down to be easily understood. She gave my wife the confidence she needed to study for her GED assignments. My wife is very motivated and after each of her lessons she continues studying on her own and works at home with her GED workbook stress free. Sylvia gives my wife the self-assurance to do well one step at a time. I expect my wife to be able to keep up with her GED lessons and be able to pass the GED tests one at a time as a consequence.

I recently asked Philip to tutor Tom so that Tom could get a GED and go on to tech school to prepare himself for a career in computer technology. At first it looked like my plan wouldn't work because Tom wasn't used to living a normal diurnal schedule. But Philip was able to establish rapport with Tom, and before long Tom was determined to get a GED and was keeping a diurnal schedule. Except for the math test, Tom completed the other three GED tests in reasonable time.

My grandson needed help with Math to be prepared to take the GED tests. He had struggled in school because of ADHD and dropped out of high school. He had been going to the adult education session for GED and kept getting within a few points of passing and had lost all confidence. I was looking for a tutor specifically in Math but Samuel helped in all subjects to prepare him for the GED tests and he took the all the prep tests this week and passed and will be taking the GED tests next week.
