I have years of experience teaching persons from the age of 4 to 44. I always teach through encouragement and repetition. I like for the student to gain good learning and deduction skills they can use in the classroom and in life.
I began teaching as a computer instructor in a Kindergarten through 8th grade school. I quickly learned to use fun yet practical lesson plans to teach math, writing skills, and creative expressions. In my experience in teaching adults, I discovered how to use visual presentations and practice drills to drive home a lesson and yet not be insulting or demeaning.
I believe the entire learning process empowers the tutor and the student. A student confidence increases as their learning skills increases.
