"Best tutor I've ever had, period."
Jennifer from Washington, DC on 1/7/13
Before working with Kyle, I took a full-length classroom course from a national test prep company (Summer 2012), got their extra tutoring (waste of time), and found another tutor online (Fall 2012, also waste of time). I started at 154, scored a 157 on the October 2012 LSAT, and scored 158 on the December 2012 LSAT. I was very frustrated because my target score is 165 - my best individual sections add up to a 162, but the highest practice score I have ever gotten on a full practice test is the same 158 I got in December.
So I met with Kyle and worked with him intensively while back from college this winter break (January 2013). After 17 hours with him, I scored a 164 on PrepTest 57. Quickly but methodically, we worked through each of five kinds of logic games (my weakest section). Kyle was incredibly patient, and had this weird but spot-on ability to tell me why I was picking almost every wrong answer I chose! I have figured out where my thought processes are leading me astray, and finally I am building the confidence to be able to pick an answer for a reason and move on.
My other tutors would pretty much just ask me what I wanted to do, or sit there while I worked through problems. Kyle has proactively helped me figure out what I need to do in order to improve. I still have room for improvement (I missed 3 questions on the dinosaur game on PT 57), but Kyle has extracted the forest from the trees. I echo the other comments posted here, and recommend that anyone consider working with him.
"Excellent LSAT Tutor"
Steve from Washington, DC on 11/28/13
Kyle was always available by email when I wasn't working with him -- he insisted that I email him with questions, and responded (sometimes immediately) thoughtfully every time I did. When I had to go out of town early, he even made himself available on Thanksgiving Day. I spent about 20 hours with Kyle and saw my logical reasoning scores improve from -6 to 8 per section to -2 to 3. Well worth the time, effort, and money.
"Very helpful for logic games."
Greg from Washington, DC on 11/28/13
Kyle was a great resource for my last-minute LSAT preparation. I focused on the logic games and ended up getting them all right on my test (total score 168, up from 160ish). Kyle was also helpful with personal statement planning and general admissions advice. Highly recommend.
"Top notch tutor."
Tom from Arlington, VA on 10/1/13
Kyle is a great tutor for those top-level students looking for the edge that will get them over the top.
Kyle, I wanted to thank you for your help over the two sessions. I just finished my last full practice test and got my first 100% on a LR section. This led to my best score yet (177), so I just wanted to thank you for your help.
"Great law school exam tutor"
Mary from Washington, DC on 9/25/13
---Second follow-up (9/25/2013): I just realized I never updated this like I said I would. I couldn't be happier with my grades, especially the A in Civ Pro. Thanks again.
I just had 5 days in a row of intensive review sessions with Kyle. We boiled my ridiculously long civ pro outline down to 4 pages and made a 1-page attack sheet for exam problems. We probably did 100 hypos, most of which Kyle came up with as I had questions. I now have Contracts 2 one manageable page (even UCC remedies...). I was hesitant about doing problems early in the semester, but my issue spotting has improved and I can see my progress from doing all of the practice problems and looking at the answer guides.
Kyle is literally better than half of my law professors at teaching the material, and I feel way better about finals now than I did in the fall. Will update again when grades post in the summer.
Kyle helped me work through my 1L courses to understand the "big picture" in each course. Kyle showed me exactly where I was missing inferences and misstating the law. He answers all of my emails the same day, and is exactly what I wanted in a tutor. I plan to work with him again before finals.

Kyle offers an exceptional level of experience, support, materials, guidance, and measurable results! I enjoyed his teaching style and greatly appreciated his organization and methodology. Kyle has laid out a clear direction of study I will use over the next year as I continue to prepare. I will schedule additional meetings with Kyle as my exam date nears. Invaluable experience and knowledge-base!

Great tutor, working with Kyle was much better than my classroom experience. 5 stars. I would highly recommend Kyle's LSAT and GMAT services (applying to joint JD/MBA program).
"Very knowledgeable about the LSAT and standardized tests"
Lloyd from Washington, DC on 1/20/12
Kyle is an outstanding tutor. I just needed a few pointers in my LSAT prep, and Kyle was able to show me what to do without dragging things out. Well worth the visit.
"Kyle is a true expert"
Dwight from Washington, DC on 1/20/12
Like another reviewer, I had lots of areas of confusion on the LSAT. In thirty minutes, Kyle was able to show me effective strategies to keep from falling for the traps on the test. He listens well and is able to answer questions quickly.
"Very thorough and experienced"
Esmerelda from Arlington, VA on 1/7/12
Kyle was able to answer all of my questions about the LSAT and show me how to solve the questions that I was having trouble with. The LSAT is still very difficult for me, but I have an idea of how to do my best now. Thank you!
"Outstanding LSAT Tutor"
Stu from Washington, DC on 1/7/12
In 30 minutes, Kyle was able to clear up a month's worth of my confusion. The next 30 minutes, Kyle put me on a straight path, and I left knowing what to do to improve my LSAT score. With Kyle's help, I've been able to increase my score from 162 to 171.
"Expert LSAT Tutor"
Kim from Washington, DC on 7/11/11
Kyle is an LSAT master. I tried Kaplan, I tried reading, and I tried studying - Kyle showed me what I was missing in solving LSAT problems. He was very patient and listens well. I would not hesitate to recommend him in the future.
