About John:

I am a professional composer, recording artist, (i work with great producers in Philadelphia and NYC) and well-published poet.

I am most interested in tutoring singers, and or those interested in the voice. I am particularly interested in working with those who sing or hope to sing pop, rock, and or on soundtracks.

My style of vocal tutoring is really more vocal coaching. It is very relaxed, and focuses on listening and careful use and control of the voice and breathing as opposed to routine exercises. The important part is to have fun while learning so that one builds passion for singing, not dreads it as a terrible chore.

I am also able to tutor any area of writing or reading comprehension.
