About Mary:

I graduated from graduate school in December of 2007 with a MA in Medical Anthropology. I am moving back to the Cleveland, TN area shortly where I attended Lee University for four years. My specialty is cross-cultural studies, although I am well-versed and educated in a variety of areas from core coursework to music to athletics. I have served as a substitute teacher for the metro-Detroit area for the past months in K-12. I have also served as a teaching assistant at the college level in the department of History and Political Science. My teaching style is very hands-on and full immersion. I believe the most effective learning comes through first-hand experience and repetition. Teaching is one of my strengths and I really enjoy the learning environment.
