About
Jean: |
I have been teaching French grammar and literature for some twenty years in my country, Haiti, where the official language is French. From 1972 to 1992, I taught Haitian students at the Secondary level, which represents approximately what in United States they call High school.
Besides, from 1980 to 1991, I worked as a public writer at the Haitian department of Information and Public Relations. As a member of the writer's team, I had to write or proofread public documents such as press releases, speeches, reports for Dialogue, a government monthly magazine, etc.
When I left Haiti in 1999, I was still editorialist at Caraibes FM, a private radio station, in Port-au-Prince. My job mainly consisted in proofreading daily news before broadcasting.
So if you are really looking for somebody able to teach French, with emphasis on right spelling, punctuation and grammar rules, there is no doubt I can do the job. I am ready to take any test to show you my ability in this language.
