I am pursing a M.D. at Feinberg School of Medicine and have a Northwestern University B.A. in biology and psychology. I received perfect SAT I and SAT II Writing, Math IIC, and Chemistry scores and graduated a valedictorian from my high school with straight A’s and an IB/AP diploma. My past experiences in working with and mentoring children and adolescents have inculcated in me passion, commitment, and knowledge, all attributes which I believe are essential to successful teaching. The breadth and depth of my academic education make me well-suited to teach up to college- and AP-level chemistry, biology, trigonometry, multivariable calculus, writing, literature, and virtually any humanities/science/mathematics subject. I am always excited to enable and to inspire others to succeed, and I am an experienced tutor with several years of experience working with various age groups. As a patient and understanding tutor, I encourage students to learn and to think for themselves while guiding them towards a deep comprehension of the material. In my free time, I enjoy singing and music; I have played piano competitively for 13 years and have won various awards at state competitions. I am passionate about helping others achieve and am looking forward to teaching your student!
