proofreading During high school was the news editor for our school weekly newspaper. During college my junior and senior year was spent as the editor of the year book. As a Early Interventionist, I had to maintain correct and accurate records about all of the children that I worked with. As a Early Interventionist, I also had the position of abuse investigator and had to submit accurate reports on my investigation that was given to the executive director. special needs From 2000 until 2005, I worked with children from birth to 6 years old that had various special needs. It was my responsibility to help the parents in providing accurate developmental activities geared towards their child and the specific needs. I also worked with parent of autistic children by helping the parents to get confirmed diagnosis of autism. I went into the homes and performed ABT therapy to assist with the autistic child in the home. I utilized simple sign language with all of my children. I am a SC Partners in Policymaking graduate. I learned to advocate on the behalf of those with disabilities. Lastly, I am the mother of a 15 year old who is wheelchaired due to cerebral palsy.
