Where to begin? Let's start with my name, it is Griff Curtis. I like to play video games, run, and in general go new places and be outdoors. I am from St. Helens, where I attended high school. During my four years there, I played soccer, swam, and competed in the long distance events in track. I graduated from St. Helens High School last year as a valedictorian. As a college student at Columbia College in New York City, I now enjoy competing in triathlons and am currently the treasurer of my school's triathlon club. I plan on majoring in theoretical math and with a concentration in astronomy. I really enjoy both living in the city and attending Columbia. I recently began tutoring this semester as a way to make some money (living in New York is expensive). I worked for a test prep company as an SAT math tutor and I really enjoyed it. I have also worked as a swim instructor for the past three years at my local swim pool, and I am WSI certified to teach swim lessons. |
