About
Amanda: |
|
Hello,
My name is Amanda. I grew up in Chicago, but went to Marquette University in Milwaukee for college. There, I was a double major in Spanish and in Elementary/Middle school education. I completed my student teaching in a fourth grade bilingual classroom. I loved my students for all their many personality traits and they loved me for making the lessons fun and connecting each to them. I was able to work one-on-one with specific students after school. I would choose the most difficult subject to them and use their way of learning, whether through music, pictures, words, movement, etc, to help them understand the subject material. I would love to work with your son or daughter as well. I look forward to hearing from you in the future!
Sincerely,
Amanda Cichon |

I'm requesting to teach elementary, because it fits my background perfectly. I have my certification in Wisconsin, given to me by Marquette University. I'm in the process of recieving the same certification here in Illinois. I've done over 100 hours in public schools, not including my student teaching and teaching summer school here in Chicago. Thanks!
