I believe that the intelligence can be built in the students!!! All we need is to work on the basic fundamentals of learning and understanding. Being a medical student (Doctor) I have learned that good teachers are those who empower their students with knowledge and understanding and then make them to think "beyond". Because it is their "ability to think and analyse" which will make them to be at the "top" of their field.
Embibing these concepts helped me to be a triumphant. From being in top 0.5% students during my Medical School Entrance Exam to being a forerunner in my Medical School, it was this method of learning which was helping me out. This was also the reason that scoring a 99th percentile score in both USMLE Step 1 and 2 exams came so naturally to me.
I wish to pass the same winning secret during my teaching. All I need is just a little spark from the other side. |
