Am a board certified Nuclear Physicist, with a very strong math, physical and biological science background.
Also a certified personal trainer, triathlete, and weightlifter.
Presently I am also a high school football coach, and up until this year was a head high school baseball coach.
Graduate level coursework, former middle school science teacher, teaching style is relaxed, and thorough, with simple techniques that will allow the student to remember what they have learned.

Drafted by the California Angels out of High School in 1974 as a shortstop. Played AAA baseball, and played for 6 weeks in the Major Leagues.
Lifetime batting average .305.
Was all state, all district, all city, for 3 years in High School.

Certified personal trainer, certified by the NSCA,
have a master's degree in Exercise Physiology.
Competitive triathlete.

Presently High School Defensive Coordinator, prior to that was QB Coach, DB Coach, RB Coach, and ILB Coach.
Have been coaching High School football for 8 years.
Played College football at West Texas State, was named Missouri Valley Conf. Freshman of the Year.
Played QB.

Have masters degree in Exercise Physiology, work with physicans performing cardiac stress tests, and other ETT tests to measure VO2 max, etc.

Certified by NSCA for powerlifting and strength conditioning. Have been a High School Strength and conditioning coach for the past 4 years.
Have trained numerous High School Athletes, to include my son, to prepare and go on to play Div 1 college football.
