About Alice:

I graduated in 1992 with a Masters Degree in TESOL (ESL) from Columbia University Teachers College in New York City. I taught ESL to adults at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York, as well as in Japan for two years, both at the Berlitz School of Languages and at Konan University for Women. I spent six years in New York City as an actress (voice-overs, industrial films and television commercials) and continued acting in Japan. In the classroom I taught English Grammar and Conversation. I find role-playing is a great way to improve verbal skills. Since 1995 I have owned and managed a world-class French restaurant. I am nearly fluent in French. I am a very friendly,patient and easy-going person who is used to interacting with people from all over the world.
