I like teaching science and math. I think that these subjects can be interesting and fun. Sometimes, the way such subjects are taught in a traditional high school setting are boring or simply ineffective for the particular student. I am more adaptable, and will try to find the individual approach which serves each student best.

I have taken two college level course in Probability and Statistics, and earned an A in each. In those courses I learned to use various discrete and continuous probability distribution functions to describe various phenomena. These include the gamma, binomial, poisson, normal, t, hypergeometric and negative binomial distributions. I also gained some familiarity with experimental design and a statistical approach to decision making.
