Hello and Welcome, my name is Robert. I have been a special education for 13 years and have special endorsements to work with students with learning disabilities or emotional disabilities. My endorsements allow me to teach from Kindergarten to grade 12. I have experience teaching all subjects: English, Language Arts, Reading, Math, Social Studies, Science, and Character Education.

I take tremendous pride in providing superior tutoring services to all students that is attainable and will boost self-esteem. I have experience working with difficult students and have been successful with all students by using perseverance, integrity, and unconditional acceptance. As an elementary student, I played in the Park District basketball league. When I was in Junior High School, I started as the point guard for seventh and eighth grade. During High School, I started as the point guard for three years (not my junior year). During College, I played on the intramurual teams. I have passed the IHSa referee test in 2005. Playing basketball sharpened my competitive edge, increased my coordination and strength, and really boosted my self-esteem. I would recommend some form of physical exercise for all students during their growing years.
