I have a strong educational background including college level administration. I am a trainer, lecturer and a public speaker. I have worked with diverse populations both in the educational fields and in the non profit sectors.
More recently, I lectured part time in a small college.I am a good communicator and use various methods to convey information to students. One such option is visual; using graphs,charts and other visual aids.
My experience has taught me that learning should be, for the most part fun. In that regard I try to use various fun tools to make learning easy and fun!
Learning also requires patience and to a great degree, I am patient with my students to allow them to learn at a comfortable pace. To achieve this goal, I often pause and reflect/evaluate progress from time to time to ensure the student is getting the most out of the experience.

I am a 3 time All American from San Jacinto College in Pasadena, TX and from the University of South Dakota( DIV II). I successfully led my team as a cross country captain to North Central Conference title in 1996. I broke the school record in 800M indoor which held for 4 years by clocking 1:52M at Iowa State University. My records in 5000m and 10,00m are still intact at San Jacinto College, TX. Running is a family tradition. All my brothers(2) and sister came to this country through athletic scholarship. In brief, we have a tradition. I have passion for running. Where I am from originally( KENYA) running is a tradition and would love to share running techniques with any aspiring athletes.
