About Joseph

I have a Bachelor's degree in history and a Master's degree in Public Administration. I have taught kindergarten, first and second grades (all subjects)for four years. I taught ethics in high school for a year. I have taught at the university level for twelve years covering such subjects as paralegal studies, ethics, history, and speech. I have worked as a tutor on an informal basis for ten years.
