I am 2004 graduate from Marshall University with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education with a specialization in Early Childhood Development. I was on the Dean's List a few times while I attended Marshall. I am currently a substitute teacher for Greenup County Schools. I do not have any former tutoring experience, but hope to gain experience here in the near future. I have a passion for helping children learn and will take extra steps to find what teaching methods work best for each student.

I am a 2004 graduate from Marshall University with a degree in Elementary Education as well as an emphasis on Early Childhood Education. I am currently a substitute teacher for Greenup County schools. As mentinoned in my general information about myself, I do not have any formal tutoring experience but hope to gain experience in the near future. I have been around children since I was young as my mother was a childcare provider in her local neighborhood. I grew up helping those children in any way I could by implementing different learning activites throughout the day such as using flash cards, creating learning games, etc. I also helped with their homework if they needed assistance. I feel more comforatble assisting the elementary level because I have access to various books and websites for each appropriate grade level.
