Hi!!
My name is Pam, and I am currently a 19 year old student at Brown University. Music is and always has been a tremendous passion of mine. My mom taught me to play the piano when I was five, and I do not think I could have asked for a greater gift from her. She primarily taught me classical music, but I also learned how to play by ear and compose original tunes. Throughout Middle School and High School, I submitted my various compositions to PTA Reflections (an annual Arts competition) and won Nassau County and New York State Finalist awards.
I began with private violin lessons at age 11 at the Long Island Conservatory of Music, and have performed in multiple All Counties and Long Island String Festivals. I was concert mistress for the Garden City High School Orchestra, pianist for both the Garden City High School Chorus and Jazz Band, and keyboardist for various musicals.
I have tutored both violin and piano for years and I find the experience extremely rewarding. I am flexible and very willing to teach in whatever manner the student finds most beneficial. I look forward to working with you!! :)

I began classical piano lessons at age 5, and love to play music by ear. I am a Nassau County and New York State Finalist for PTA Reflections for my original piano compositions. I have performed frequently at the Garden City Friends of Music "Student Stars Showcases" in Long Island, Nursing Homes, and the Garden City Community Church. I have played keyboard in my high school musical and accompanied my high school chorus.

I received the Outstanding Achievement Award for Orchestra in both my Middle School and High School, and have performed in multiple All Counties and Long Island String Festivals. I have performed at Carnegie Hall with a Chamber Orchestra Ensemble and was a finalist at the LISMA Foundation International Music competition for her violin performance. I have also performed in the CW Post Summer Orchestra.
