Hi! I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina, Upstate Campus. I majored in Secondary Education with focus on Chemistry. I have certification from the state of South Carolina in Chemistry and High School Science. I love both Math and Science.

I taught a year of high school Physics and Physical Science before the budget cuts cut my job. I enjoyed my year teaching high school and miss it.

I tutored fellow classmates for three years in college. This was done a student-lead study group, as we were all taking the same class. I have tutored in math at various schools and groups and by predetermined methods.

My teaching style is hands on. I believe that when the student is included in the lesson, they learn more, are more interested in the topic, and are able to retain information more. I believe that every student can learn given the right method and that every method does not work for every student.
