I am a semi retired Jazz guitarist/composer. I have a BS in Music Composition from CUNY. I have worked as a full-time substitute teacher for the NYC Board of Ed. I have taught reading, history, math, english, gym and kindergarten. I also taught for one year a special ed- mis 4 class. I was a teaching artist for 15 years where I developed program to teach literacy to children through song writing for the BD of ED. I specialize in working with children 1st grade though 5th grade.
