I am sophomore at Texas Christian University with a 4.0 GPA. I am majoring in neuroscience with a concentration in pre-medicine. I graduated at the top of my class in high school, and am very determined to do succeed in all areas of my life. I have had numerous internships at medical facilities, and am a certified Emergency Medical Technician as well. I am also very involved around the university, and the community as I volunteer around the city of Fort Worth.
I have been tutoring for a number of years, and have found great pleasure in doing so. Subjects I have tutored include general math, algebra, geometry, pre-calculus, differential calculus, English, grammar, sciences, social sciences, and history. I believe in first determining all trouble areas a student is having, and then working from there to solve problems. A lot of the time, there are many underlying issues that are overlooked, making it very difficult to progress. After discussing all areas of trouble, I then create a plan that is best suited for the student.
I know how difficult it can be when you are struggling with a certain topic or a certain subject. It can be very discouraging, and sometimes you want to give up. I want to be there to help you so you never feel like giving up again. I want to give you the chance to do well and succeed in your education.
I am available at many different hours, and am very willing to work around your schedule.
