I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Youngstown State University, with a major in sociology, and minors in biology, spanish, and education. I have also completed coursework towards the Master of Business Administration Degree.

  I have been involved with PC's since the advent of the Sinclair, and binary programing. In a previous job I participated in a committee to develop and implement a statewide network of PC's here in Ohio to track social services. We developed the software, purchased personal computers for most of the 88 counties in Ohio, and traveled to each of those counties to install the machines and software. Once that was accomplished, we conducted training for the staff in each of those counties. In my current position, we have a network of 8 PC's throughout the business performing job estimation, scheduling, and financial tracking.

  I have completed undergraduate equivalency coursework in business and have completed about one half of the coursework for the Masters in Business Degree. In addition, I have owned and operated a business for over 20 years which specializes in auto glass, commercial glazing, both new construction and repairs, and residential glazing, both new construction, remodeling, and repairs.

  I am a proficient QuickBooks user. I have used QB for the past ten years and understand it's intricacies quite well.
