About David

Hey everyone,
I graduated last May from St. Olaf College near Minneapolis, MN. I graduated with degrees in chemistry and English. I have been a tutor since my freshman year in high school. I really enjoy tutoring because I think the tutor and student relationship can be extremely rich, explorative and fun. I'm fluent in Spanish and have spent time in Guatemala teaching health classes in a rural clinic. I've also taken many math, chemistry and theatre classes. I play ultimate frisbee, write fiction, and recently moved to New York to pursue a career in acting. I would love to get to know you. Send me and email if you want more information.

"Good Steps"

- Maryann P. from New York, NY

As always, David seems to be a good match for Jamie. Step by step, Jamie is learning the material, and gaining the belief that he is capable of learning Chemistry. David repeatedly and patiently brings him back on-target when he wants to stray. Jamie looks forward to the lessons.
