I have a PhD in math from University of Illinois and MS in math from Princeton University. I have taught math and management science at several NYC metro area colleges including St John's University,CUNY,and Fairly Dickinson University.Furthermore, I have published several research papers in Mathematical economics.I have tutored math on and off since I was a student in high school. I believe the best way to teach math is to explain it logically so that students think out rather than memorize it as a set of rules.

  I was born in Beirut, Lebanon and Arabic was my native(first) language.In school I learned Arabic grammar, literature,and history. Therefore, I am very qualified to teach classical (written) Arabic as well as spoken(conversational) Arabic.

In college I minored in physics and I know how differential equations are applied in developing theories of mechanics, electricity, and magnetism.   I have taken courses in linear algebra and matrix theory. I know how counting arguments using the formulas of combinations and permutations can be used to solve probability problems. I also know how to construct feedback control loops to model dynamic systems . Such systems are very important nowadays in biology and the social sciences especially in economics and finance.These models can predict under certain circumstances the chaotic behavior of systems.
