I have been enjoying cooking for over 25 years. Likewise, I have been an ovo-lacto vegetarian for approximately 14 years and am a mother to an 11 year old child, whom is also a vegetarian. Me and my family enjoy preparing food together from all regions of the world and take pleasure in sharing it with others. Though I am not a professional cook or dietician, I have spent extensive time teaching nutrition and cooking courses, specializing in ethnic cuisine, aperitifs, desserts and vegeatarian/vegan cooking and nutrition. I am deeply invested in both food preparation (loving the texture, flavor and uniqueness of food) and also equally by how it can sustain us, especially when we know how to consume it optimally. I am commited to supporting a sustainable food system; consequently at home and in class, every effort is made to use local, seasonal, organic plant-based ingredients.
