I currently reside in Brooklyn and have a passion for tutoring students in English up through college-level and in math up through Algbra One. I have four years of experience as an English/Language Arts teacher/tutor at multiple age and grade levels and I recently earned my Master’s in Educational Leadership degree from Argosy University. I also have my New York state teaching certification in ELA grades 5-9. I was the Director of Education at Sylvan Learning Center in Brooklyn, which provided me with a range of necessary leadership skills in the education arena. I am looking to gain in-home tutoring experience as it is more compatible with my schedule as a new mother. I am confident that my combination of work experience and solid educational experience would make me an ideal tutor.
