I am currently a sophomore at the University of South Carolina. I am majoring in Biological Sciences and also on the Pre-Medicine track. I graduated from Liberty High School (in Bedford, VA) in the top 3% of my class. I also attended a governor's school for math, science, and technology. I am currently taking Ecology, Chemistry, Swahili, Psychology, and Political Science. have tutored at Seven Oaks Elementary School and Bedford Elementary School. I also tutored numerous classmates at my high school as a member of the National Honor Society. I am a tutor on campus as well, specializing in sciences, English, history.
While I am a full time student, I do not have classes on Mondays or Fridays, so I am available anytime during these days, as well as on the weekends. I am very friendly and I have a passion for helping people, especially students. My goal in life is to be a reconstructive surgeon, so I am very ambitious and dedicated to my education. I have always flourished academically and loved to learn, but I understand many do not share these traits. However, due to my previous tutoring experiences, I think I am capable of teaching so that the student will be comfortable and interested in excelling. In addition, I have also developed numerous study strategies that have helped me tremendously, and I am sure others can benefit from them as well. I look forward to hearing from you!
