I am a private yoga instructor and I have been trained in several styles therefore I will be able to cater a session to your personal needs. My training is in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Iyengar styles of Yoga. I specialize in areas of relieving stress, increasing energy, weight loss, increasing flexibility, and building strength.
Who is yoga for?
Yoga is for everyone. You do not have to be flexible.
