I started tutoring my younger sister when she was being home schooled ten years ago. That's when I discovered my love for teaching, and I have continued tutoring and instructing ever since. I learned German and Croatian while living in Europe as well as an understanding of diverse cultures.

In 2002, I traveled to Taiwan to teach English to underprivileged children and on average worked with 500 students a week. I'm certified in teaching ESL (CELTA) and have experience preparing students for the TOEFL-both the ibt and paper versions.

I also taught drama at San Antonio Christian High School, and can easily identify with young students. My teaching style focuses on a relaxed student centered environment, and my degree is in Literature with a minor in Psychology.

  Dear Student, I took my first ESL training course in 2001 and moved to Taiwan soon after to begin teaching. While in there, I worked with an average of 500 children a week, so I had to learned how to make a fun and entertaining learning environment. I have taught many different ages, nationalities, and proficiency levels over the last eight years. I have a very uncomplicated style of teaching grammar that will make it easy and encouraging for you to learn. My degree is in English Literature, and I've received my Cambridge certification to teach English (CELTA). I continue to study ESL methodologies to in prove my teaching style.
