About Erin

I am a physics teacher at Highland Park High School. I have been at Highland Park for three years and prior to teaching there, I taught for seven years at Flower Mound High School. I have experience teaching in Biology, Chemistry and Physics (standard level and AP-B) all at the high school level. I participate with NASA on a yearly basis in their High School Aerospace Scholars Program and have also taught Physics for Johns Hopkins Universities - Center for Talented Youth. I have tutored middle school math, algebra I and II and SAT and ACT math prep for Huntington Learning Center and Sylvan Learning Center. I am currently working on my master's degree in Physics Education through the University of Virginia. Through my years of teaching I have learned to work with all levels of students and all levels of understanding. I have patience in working with students and I am dedicated to ensuring student understanding in all subjects which I tutor.
