College applications are too hard and too important to do alone. Let me help you or your child from start to finish.
The first step will be to brainstorm and outline the essay; then, we'll work through drafts until you're happy with the final product. As college admissions officers value authenticity, I WILL NOT write your essay; it will be authored by and sound like you (or your child).
I'm also available for help with non-personal statement essays and school projects.
I have a younger sister who will apply to college this year and have already helped her with several applications. My services are free for family, but for everyone else: 75/hour. The typical session takes about an hour to outline and brainstorm or edit an essay.
I graduated magma cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from a top-20 national university in 2008, and I now work full-time as an online editor for a national media company. As a political science and communications major, I wrote academic papers almost weekly, and I was the editor-in-chief of my college newspaper. I can provide examples of my published work on request. In high school, I scored a 780 on the reading portion of the SAT and got a 750 on the writing SAT II.
