I am computer literate and taught adults in the use of computers at the corporate level years ago. I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, internet, search tools, etc. For anyone needing a brush up or general orientation to using the computer, I'm very patient and easy to work with.

After going back to school to receive my degree, I learned the hard way to manage my time, set goals, ask for help, and accomplish my studies. After 25 years in the Corporate environment, I started my own consulting business. I provide companies with strategic planning, human resources, and special customer service projects. My corporate background is in general business administration, total quality management, team facilitation, career management, and coaching.

I have been a public speaker for over 25 years, a past member of the Ohio Speakers Forum of the National Speakers Association, and often called upon to speak at National Association meetings on business networking, career management, personal presentation, and business topics.
