About Janessa

Hello my name is Janessa C. I am currently a student at Joliet Junior College with a 4.0 GPA. I am an Architectural Technology major. In high school I consistently had a 3.5 GPA and graduated in the top 10% of my class I attended Plainfield Central High School. I was also in honors Math and English all throughout high school. I have tutored people of many ages the youngest was 7 and the oldest was 25. Before beginning any sort of tutoring I like to ask questions about how they like to learn, in order to figure out the best method for tutoring. I am very versatile, I myself am a kinesthetic learner I like to be able to physically touch or do something in order to understand it, but I have tutored many that were visual and auditory learners. To me there are no students that cannot be taught. I believe in helping students in a way that they will understand the most with the least amount of stress and pressure.
