Dear Potential Student,
Choosing a tutor can be an overwhelming experience, so let me make the process a little easier. If you are looking for someone who is committed to your success, who will be patient, and who will continuously try new methods to ensure you achieve, then look no further.
My name is Natalya Vaynblat, I am a recent graduate of the University of Virginia and am currently working as a teacher with Teach for America in NYC. I graduated college with a 3.83 GPA in English Language Arts. Due to my academic success and leadership abilities I was invited to join Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society (The Nation's Oldest Academic Society) and The Raven Society (UVA's Oldest Academic Honor Society). I was also awarded a Pruden Scholarship, $5,000 given to two UVA students who show exemplary commitment to and skills in the English Language Arts.
In addition, I have experience working with students. This July I taught summer school English in the Bronx at PS118. I have also taught theater classes to students from ages 10-20 for the past three years.
Finally, I see learning as both a fun and challenging activity. Thus, I will choose both ambitious and feasible work, ensuring your investment and commitment to learning.
Ps. In college I dressed up as a mascot Bubble Bee to encourage students to come to events, thus, I will do whatever it takes to help you succeed.
