I am a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a Bachelor's Degree in English. So, naturally I'm well versed, particularly in African American Literature and early English writers such as Jane Austen, Frances Burney, and other writers of that time period.

I was also a double major with my second major in African American Studies. I graduated college with a 3.5 GPA, and was on the Dean's List many times during my college career. In addition to majoring in both English and African American Studies, I have an enormous love of history. Therefore, I am very knowledgeable in American history and World History.

I have experience tutoring friends and students within the English and African American Studies Departments at UNCG. I am also very inquisitive and curious about new things that I do not know much about. So, if there is anything that I am not exactly sure about, I will definitely search out the answers until I known. My curiosity is easily peaked, therefore I spend lots of time looking in dictionaries, thesauruses and encyclopedias. Wikipedia and I are close friends lol!
