I graduated from China with the major in English from a well known teachers’ university, where I learned that a successful teacher is always patient, fun and encouraging.
I furthered my education by getting the Master’s degree of Mass Communications from Louisiana State University.
Now, working full time for a TV station, I still enjoy tutoring on the side. I have been an English and Chinese tutor for over 10 years. I find tutoring very rewarding and fun. I have become friends with many of my students. As their favorite tutor, I have changed their lives for ever by sharing my knowledge and offering my friendship.
Chinese is one of the most beautiful languages in the world, but it is also one of the hardest to learn. My focus is on speaking and listening. You will be able to speak Chinese in complete sentence after just 1 or 2 hours of learning.
Having lived in Shanghai, Beijing, Canton and some other major cities in Southeast China, I am also culturally educated. By the end of our session, you would not only be able to speak Chinese, but know so much more about China.
