I am 27 years old and am originally from Corpus Christi, Tx. I was in the honor society and enrolled in the AP (Advanced Placement) program in high school. I completed my first two semesters of Freshman college English during my Senior year. Though I was active in all advanced subjects, English is my specialty. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree (BA) in English Literature from the University of Texas in San Antonio. I've been a nanny, daycare teacher, kindergarten TA and camp counselor for a total of eight years. I am one of six kids, three younger siblings and two who are older than I. I've tutored various grades, ranging from kindergarten to 9th grade. When it comes to interaction with students of all ages, I've found that it's most beneficial to approach every individual with a positive attitude and try to relate to him or her as much as possible while incorporating interactive and educational games. By doing so, the student understands the subject at a much more advanced rate while enjoying it at the same time. Please feel free to inquire on anything else deemed necessary!
