I was born in a French speaking country and I have been speaking French my whole life. My mother is a French professor so she made it very clear that her children ought to get good grades in this field so I did.

I've spent most of my professional career using my bilingual skills. I worked in call centers for about four years. Those four years were split between a finance company and a fitness company. In my most recent experience, I would help customers fix their fitness equipment over the phone through troubleshooting. A call could take up to an hour so I am proud to say that I am a very patient person. I was dealing with French customers from Quebec, either over the phone, through email or regular letters. I also translated various documents from English to French such as owners' manuals, warranty cards...

I enjoy speaking French and anytime I talk to someone who speaks French, it's always a blast. I like watching movies in French as well.
