Experienced with Macintosh and Windows, I have set up personal systems, added hardware (i.e. RAM, and PCI cards), created LANs, and established internet connectivity via dial-up, DSL, and through ethernet.
Additionally I have cross-platform experience in a variety of popular software such as MS Word and Excel, Internet Explorer, various E-mail programs, and the Adobe Creative Suite CS2.
I have done contract AT work for both Mac and Windows clients, and as a board member for the Arizona Macintosh Users Group and a member of AERBVI (Asssociation for the Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired) have demonstrated software and usage issues to groups from 1 to 30.
