general computer
I am a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and a Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor, and I've taught every level from beginners to advanced users. I am very patient, and I work to create a fun environment for learning how to use your computer and its programs!
HTML
When I worked for a training company, I taught HTML classes, and I now use it every day in my work. It's fun to write the HTML (hypertext markup language) code and then view the page to see what you've created. HTML is used to format text (bolding, font color, etc.) and paragraphs (centered, bulleted/numbered lists, etc.), and it can be used to create tables. Tables can be used to hold data, and they can also be used to place text and pictures in the desired locations on the Web page. I will teach you how to use HTML to create Web pages and - more important - how to troubleshoot HTML errors, which can be a difficult task.
Microsoft Outlook
I have 15 years' experience teaching Microsoft Outlook to all kinds of students: administrative assistants, executives, doctors, teachers, etc. I teach all versions of Outlook, including 2007 and 2010. If you need help using Outlook at work or at home, I will be glad to teach you what you need to know.
