About Erika

Greetings all,
You or your child will love math! I use flash cards, worksheets, hands-on games, and the traditional white board to help your child understand math. Each student will start with a pre-test to create a starting point for tutoring. Within my 10 years of experience, I have tutored in after school programs as well as summer programs for private and public schools. I am also a previous instructor for the LEAP (Louisiana Education Assessment Program) test for 7-8 graders. This test is used to verify that each student has learned all skills required to continue to the next grade level. I attended Scotlandville Magnet High and completed a Mechanical Engineering degree from Southern University A&M College. I am currently completing my Master of Engineering Management at ODU.
